This is a medium friction free brake lining with excellent overall rating
with cost per mile in mind. It is structured with mineral fibres. It is a
stable coefficient of friction over a wide range of temperature and speed.
NA-106 is tested regularly in our laboratory on full scale Dynamometer. It
is also tested on roads on fully instrumented test vehicles.
Applications of Non Asbestos Brake Linings
Trucks, trailers, General Freight and Long Haul applications.

NA - 107

NA-107
is a medium friction free brake linings consisting of Brass. Structural
integrity of this material is attended through a blend of mineral fibres,
acrylic and glass fibre. This material is ideally suited for scam air brake
system used in commercial vehicles. This material has excellent heat
stability and is gentle on the mating surface. It is consistent in
performance over wide range of duly cycles.
NA-107 is tested regularly in our laboratory on full scale Dynamometer. It
is also tested on roads on fully instrumented test vehicles.

Non Asbestos Brake Linings (NA 307) Semi Metallic
NA - 307
NA-307 is premium Semi-Metallic quality. This material has high structural
integrity and is fabricated with specialized steel wool. It has very short
burnishing in period and has uniform material distribution. This material is
designed for severe service at elevated temperature with heavy loads. It has
excellent thermal stability with dependable level of friction over a wide
range of temperature. It is known for its qualities of smooth progressive
braking, long service life, kindness to the drums and allround consistency
of performance.
NA-307 is tested regularly in our laboratory on full scale Dynamometer. It
is also tested on roads on fully instrumented test vehicles.
NA 3707
This is a premium quality brake block using transfer film technology.
It will provide shorter stopping distances, longer Lining life. Longer drum
life and quieter braking than any other quality in its class. It is
recommended for safety conscious and value conscious fleets. This quality is
ideally suited for low floor transit buses.

NA 1707
This quality is specifically designed for difficult, heavy duty
application. This quality gives fade free stopping, longer Lining life and
noise free operation. It has low swell and growth, which is ideally suited
for automatic slack adjusters.
Applications-Transit/Coach/School Busses, Refuse/Waste disposal vans.
Fire/rescue/emergency trucks.
