Research and Development
The group has invested large percentage of its capital in the R & D and quality assurance equipment, which commensurates with the company's motto- to strive to make the best friction material and friction lining material in the world. The group has a full scale Dynamo meter, fully instrumented test vehicles, various sample testing rings (FAST, SS, RIG, etc.), hardness testers (GOGAN, ROCKWELL, etc.) and computerized specific gravity meters.

The sophisticated co-ordinate measuring machine measures the product, drilling jigs, and moulds etc. to ultimate precision and is integrated to the engineering CAD system.

As a leading manufacturer of friction material and friction lining material, we have our own Research and Development facilities, that help us to create safer and improved products. We will accomplish our mission through high quality services at our world-class facility, while satisfying customers' expectations.

At Masu Brakes, we have comprehensive research, development and testing facilities to serve our customers better. Our R & D unit conducts programs designed to test for safety, durability and performance of the products.

Our R & D staff analyzes how the physical and mechanical properties of components meet desired design characteristics. Capabilities include tensile, fatigue, and corrosion testing; heat treating & dimensional tolerances; and material restoration. The Performance and Reliability test includes Dynamometer test, Life-cycle/durability testing, failure mode evaluation etc. Again qualification/performance testing is also performed on these components.

Our R & D staff is available to conduct tests or assist customer-run tests in a timely and accurate manner. Each project is well-planned and organized according to its unique test requirements.
